My Unbreakable Design Rules
The principles I'll fight for (with pixels and passion)
Where Rigor Meets Heart

I Design for Real People, Not Just Stakeholders
I’ll champion user needs in every meeting—not with jargon, but with data and stories.

Deadlines > Perfection
I’ll fight for quality, but never at the cost of someone’s launch dream. Done is better than perfect—and we can iterate live.

Tools Don’t Matter, *People* Do
Figma /Canva updates fade; how you make teammates feel lasts. I design with people, not just for them.

Kind Criticism > Nice Lies
I’ll tell you when a design isn’t working, but I’ll also stay late to help fix it. Growth requires honesty and support.
Feedback is a Gift (Even When It’s Tough)
I actively seek critiques and respond with ‘Thank you’ before ‘But…’. My best work happens when engineers, PMs, and interns all feel safe to poke holes.
Stay Hungry, Stay Humble
The day I stop learning is the day I should retire. Curiosity is my superpower.

Why These Rules?
After 3 years of designing across businesses and student communities, these are the principles that keep my work meaningful—not just pretty.
